Our Process
How a Flat Roof Repair Actually Works, Start to Finish
No surprises, no upsells you didn’t ask for. Here’s exactly what happens from the first call to the final walkthrough.
Site Assessment & Roof Inspection
We walk the full roof, not just the reported problem area, and check every transition — parapet walls, flashing, penetrations, seams — before forming an opinion.
Leak Detection & Damage Assessment
Trace the stain back to its actual source, checking deck type and water travel path, using moisture scanning or a controlled water test where the source isn’t obvious. See our full detection process →
Material Selection & Detailed Quote
You get a written, itemized estimate — repair type, material, and price — before any work starts. No verbal ballparks that change once we’re on the roof.
Surface Preparation & Repair
The area is cleaned, dried, and prepped to spec for the specific membrane — TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR, or torch-down — then repaired using the correct method for that system.
Installation or Replacement
For larger jobs, this is where a full section or membrane replacement happens, following the material and drainage plan agreed to in your quote.
Final Inspection & Cleanup
We walk the repair with you, confirm it’s watertight, and leave the site clean. Photos of the completed work are provided for your records.
