Roof Gutter Repair & Cleaning

Clogged or damaged gutters cause water to back up against the roofline, a problem on both sloped and flat roof edges.

Gutters channel water away from the roofline and foundation. When clogged with debris or physically damaged, water can back up and find its way under roofing edges or flashing. This is conceptually related to the drainage issues we diagnose on flat roofs — see our full drainage and ponding water guide → for the broader principle of why proper water management matters.
